Resetting IE to defaults is discussed, checking what version of IE you have and how to upgrade is also covered. Checking to see what service pack you have installed is demonstrated as well. Will also demonstrate how to remove programs from your computer, specifically toolbars. We also compare our service rates and policies to some 'big box stores'.
